How Does This Work?

The process is pretty simple: COMSTOR Outdoor enters into long-term lease agreements with local landowners in exchange for placing a billboard structure on a small portion of their land. Is this you?

The monthly amount we will pay for leasing your property is determined by the following factors:

• Type of sign

• Road traffic count

• Sign visibility

• Number of existing signs in the area

• Advertisers demand for coverage in the area

Perhaps one of the most significant takeaways of this deal is that there is absolutely no investment required on your end. What does that mean, exactly? COMSTOR Outdoor is responsible for all costs, such as installation of the billboard, illumination, and ongoing maintenance. You don’t have to do anything. Isn’t that usually the best kind of job?

Additionally, you won’t even have to carry insurance or a permit of any kind. We hold you, the property owner, harmless from any claims or damages for bodily injuries and physical property damage caused by our sign structures or employees. COMSTOR Outdoor maintains liability insurance to cover all losses for which we may be responsible.

Further, our representatives are responsible for ensuring that our structures are fabricated and erected in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You won’t have to worry about any maintenance needs, either.

In fact, all our signs are designed to be virtually maintenance-free. Our structures meet rigid engineering requirements which exceed current municipal codes. COMSTOR Outdoor operates under an organized network of business relationships to ensure that all our structures are serviced, regardless of location.

Here’s What We’ll Do

COMSTOR Outdoor will custom design the installation of the billboard to minimize the ground space necessary to ensure that there will be no inconvenience to any ongoing business operations you may have. Our outdoor representatives, along with our engineering department, will ensure that the installation will cause as little disruption as possible.

And then you get paid!

As stated above, our leases are purchased and reviewed based on factors of market demand, traffic count, and location visibility.
